“I am an athletic 52 year old male who worked with Lucas this summer with both massage/stretching and personal training. Lucas is an extremely thoughtful and skilled practitioner with a strong understanding of techniques that provide real improvements in mobility. On the massage front the combination of deep tissue and resistance stretching brought immediate relief and results for how I felt after several days of hard biking and running.
With his personal training he has a very well developed series of exercises which are precisely targeted for aspects of joint mobility. He designed a very comprehensive and detailed plan for improving my target areas of hips, lower back and body which I was able to do both with him and on my own. This program is one of the first for me in a long time where I can feel immediate improvements and have been able to build a short practical daily routine which has yielded ongoing progress.
