  • Is this a diet program?Why only meditation and nutrition? What about everything else?

    Because these two practices are the foundation for everything else. When your mind is quiet and your body is nourished, stress becomes manageable, sleep improves, energy stabilizes, relationships deepen, and life flows. We may incorporate breathwork, movement, or other tools, but we never lose focus on meditation and nutrition. Start with the roots, not the branches.

  • I've tried meditation and failed. Why would this be different?

    Because you'll have personalized guidance, proper support, and we'll address the real reason you couldn't stick with it (usually nervous system dysregulation or starting too big). We start small, even 5 minutes, and build from there. With accountability and the right approach, it sticks.

  • Is this a diet program?

    No. I provide clear, evidence-based guidelines on what supports your nervous system and what dysregulates it. You'll know what to prioritize and what to minimize, but you'll have flexibility to make choices that work for YOUR body and life. This isn't restriction—it's informed nourishment.

  • What if I can't meditate every day?

    Then we figure out why. Usually it's: (1) you're trying to do too much too soon, (2) your nervous system isn't regulated enough to sit still, or (3) you haven't made it non-negotiable. We address all three. By the end of 3 months, daily meditation will feel as automatic as brushing your teeth.

  • How much time will this require daily?

    Meditation: 10-30 minutes in the morning + 5-15 minutes at night (we start small and build)
    Nutrition: You're already eating, we're just changing WHAT and HOW you eat
    Total: 30-45 minutes per day for practices that transform your entire life

  • Can I do this if I live outside the US?

    Yes! Everything is virtual via Zoom. As long as we can find a time that works for both of us, your location doesn't matter.

  • Will this help with emotional eating?

    Absolutely. Emotional eating is a nervous system response, you're using food to regulate yourself because you don't have other tools. We give you those tools. Breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation work. Then the emotional eating naturally decreases.

  • Do you work with specific dietary restrictions (vegan, keto, etc.)?

    I'm not dogmatic about any particular diet. I provide evidence-based guidelines on what typically supports nervous system health (whole foods, quality proteins, healthy fats, vegetables, gut-healing foods) and what typically dysregulates it (processed foods, seed oils, excess sugar). These principles apply regardless of your dietary framework. If you have restrictions, we work within them. The focus is on what supports YOUR unique body and nervous system.

  • What happens after 3 months?

    You'll have two unshakeable practices that are now part of your daily life. You won't need me anymore—you'll have the foundation to continue on your own. Some clients do monthly check-ins. Some transition to Daily Roots. Some go fully solo. You'll be equipped either way.
