No. I don't give you a meal plan or tell you what to eat. I teach you to build a relationship with food based on nervous system regulation, body awareness, and conscious choice, not restriction or willpower.
That's exactly who this is for. Most approaches don't work because they address surface behaviors without addressing the ROOT, your nervous system and subconscious patterns. We work at that level.
Not necessarily. We focus on awareness first. You'll naturally start making different choices when you notice how foods make you feel. Some people choose to eliminate inflammatory foods for a period to reset, but it's not required.
Therapy is incredible and has its place. This is different, we work somatically (through the body) and focus on nervous system regulation and subconscious reprogramming. We use breathwork, movement, and embodied practices alongside the inner work. Many clients do both and find they complement each other beautifully.
Not at all. Everything is customized to your level. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of practice, we'll meet you where you are.
Deep Roots requires commitment: weekly sessions in Month 1, bi-weekly in Months 2-3. If you can't commit to this, it might not be the right fit right now. But we can discuss Daily Roots or waiting for the next round.
Yes! Everything is virtual via Zoom. As long as we can find a time that works for both of us, your location doesn't matter.
Absolutely. Emotional eating is a nervous system response you're using food to regulate yourself because you don't have other tools. We give you those tools. Breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation work. Then the emotional eating naturally decreases.
I'm not dogmatic about any particular diet. I focus on what supports YOUR nervous system and body. If you have dietary restrictions, we work within them. The principles of Rooted Eating apply regardless of what specific foods you eat.
You'll have everything you need to continue on your own. Some clients choose to continue with monthly check-ins. Some transition to Daily Roots for ongoing support. Some go solo with the tools and practices they've built. We'll design your 90-day roadmap in our final session.
